Payment

Payment is accepted by all methods offered by Shopify. Please rest assured that I do not receive any of your payment card details whatsoever.

This Privacy Policy explains how and when I collect and use your information when you purchase from or contact me through my website.

Information I collect.

In order to complete your purchase I will need to use certain information that was supplied by you when placing your order such as name and address. With some orders I am able to see your email address also but will only use this for contacting you about your order.
In the case of some orders, gift addresses or notes will be supplied which again I will use to complete your order.

In the cases of enquiries I am able to view your name only. I will use this and any other information given within your enquiry to reply to you.

I do not see or am I able to access payment information.

Why I need your information and how I use it.

I will collect and use your information to:

- complete your order, to respond to enquiries or to settle disputes.

- if needed to comply with legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim (for example retaining information for tax purposes).

Information Sharing and Disclosure.

I may, in the case of non delivery or orders arriving damaged, supply your details to Royal Mail in order to make a claim for reimbursement of charges.

Compliance with Laws. I may collect, use, retain or share your information in good faith that it reasonably necessary
- to respond to legal process or government request.
- prevent, investigate and address fraud or other illegal activity, security or technical issues.
- protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

Date Retention.

I retain and share your information for as long as I am required to for my business and tax records, or to resolve disputes. I typically keep these records for 6 years.

Your Rights.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. While some of these rights apply in most cases, some apply only in limited cases. I describe these below.

- Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the email address below.

- Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of or delete your personal information, except for exceptional circumstances (such as legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

- Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise concern about my use of information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
